Copay Select: Doctors office copays of $25, Generic Drug co pay $15, Name Brand Drugs 30 or 60 dollars after $100 deductible.
Copay Saver: Similar to the Copay Select, but higher copayments limited to 2 doctors visits per year for a lower monthly premium.
HSA 100: Lower premiums, tax-advantaged savings, but more responsibility for your health care dollar because everything is subject to the deductible until the deductible is met including doctor visits.
High Deductible Plans: Lower premiums. With High Deductible plans, you're keeping more of your money and taking responsibility for minor or routine health care expenses - if they come up.
